CRM module to an existing social tracking tool

Greetings all freelancers We have a social tracking tool running on a linux server. What this tool does is; 1. Track certain keywords on social media channels and blogs and shows them to you on an interface. 2. You can decide whether this is a neutral - positive - negative comment. 3. We can create reports with these comments and details. There are more to this projects details but I'd rather not disclose them here. It's a php+mysql spider tool developed by ourselves running on a linux server. What we want is to upgrade this tool to CRM engagement. What this upgrade will do: 1. Distribute these contents to related CRM personnel automatically or through a supervisor. ie. if the content is about apples, it will go to the screen of apple expert. 2. Allow CRM personnel to reply to these posts if it's possible in that channel. If not, it must somehow warn him that it's not possible, he must take extra action 3. Our main target is Facebook and Twitter. 4. CRM personnel performance will be measured. 5. This must be able to integrate into existing CRM softwares. So it must be "adaptable". These integrations can be considered as separate projects as addition to this one. What you will do is understand how our tool works and create a "module" to do the things above. We will make separate packages, with or without CRM integration. Bidding rules: - I will not read any long messages with a whole bunch of links.
