Brokerbuddy.NET clone, very large project

Looking for experienced Developers only! Clone of application used by [login to view URL] - Must have experience working with large web applications. - Should have a full understanding of the technology involved (linux apache mysql php). - Developers that have worked on applications for the Mortgage Industry will have priority. References or examples appreciated. - Must be able to communicate in English clearly and effectively, USA bidders will have priority. Basic requirements: - Must have full content management for every content page, banner ad management as well. - Will need a custom billing, invoicing, and payment system since I have yet to see an out-of-box solution that will work for this. - Will need a user management system. This should be integrated with the billing system for the best automation possible. - Must be able to limit "concurrent connections" based on username, NOT Ip address since the same username will be used across multiple locations. An example would be that "XYZ Corp" has signed up for "5 concurrent users". The username "xyz" is assigned to them. "xyz" may login at up to 5 times from any location, at any one time. If "xyz" is logged in at 5 different locations, the 6th attempt would be denied. If "xyz" is logged in at 3 locations, he may log in from an additional 2 locations, etc. etc. Default log out after 15 minutes of no activity should be possible. Functionality requirements: - Application should update our database from PDF and Excel at number of internet sites every 10 minutes. - Users will be searching for a lender and rate for a loan file. The information in our database will be compared to user input, it will determine the best lender for the situation and return a valid percentage rate for the file based upon scenerio guidelines provided by the lender. Additional requirements: - Website design for the service should also be provided, we will supply hosting and access to our developement server if required. - Full documentation must be provided when project is completed. - You will be required to submit detailed specifications and an action plan with timeline. This is a very complex project so please, don't get in over your head here. This project is based on the service provided by [login to view URL] - this is the ONLY other company that offers the same type of multi-lender searching service. - Should be coded in PHP with MySQL for a database. If this solution isn't the best for our situation please let me know WHY it isn't and we will consider going a different route. - This will be a very heavily used application so your knowledge of database optimization will be appreciated. - Ongoing work for this project after completion may also be requested. New features, changing the backend, etc. etc. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask in the project clarification board *before* bidding. Fastest completion time, experience, and excellant communication skills will be the key factors in determining the service provider for this project.
