Branded Wordpress BMI Calculator Plugin

We require a WordPress BMI Calculator Plugin which provides a simple sidebar widget to calculate your BMI with the standard and metric system. There are already a couple of these around, but we want a branded one to promote our site. So you do not need to re-invent the wheel here. What we want: - our logo on the sidebar widget with link (backend option to turn the link rel="nofollow") - backend option to change the style (colors, border, text) - calculate BMI value with weight and height status - we need the standard and metric system - we don't need the values to be saved or emailed, a simple output is enough Example of what it should be able to do here as a widget: [login to view URL] We want it to look like this: [login to view URL] and see example in a post for style we are looking for: [login to view URL] but do not use the words, ARE YOU OVERWEIGHT, use GET BMI.
