Agency Management System

We need a **travel agnecy management system** which provides services to all travel agents. All agents would have an account and review their old tour activities, update the current ongoing tour activity, or submit new tour entries. The admin will receive all submitted entries from agent and coordinate the event. Admin has access to all agent entries, **assign new tour events to agents**, update current events, and review old tour records. **Two languages are required to support: English and Chinese**. Translation will be done by someone else. A forum and some kind of ticket system should be included. This system is quit similar to group ware so you can build it by modifying an open source group ware which is ready-to-use. For more details about the project, please check the attachment. To take this project, you must have proven experience and high RAC rating. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
