Hi, I am new to freelancer site but have wide knowledge in .NET and C#. I have more than 4 years experience in c#. I can create either a stand alone Console/ Windows or ASP.NET application depends on your requirement to login to hotmail and send email, I am also pleased build a demo in any of the application type then have a final discussion with you to implement as per actual requirement. I can give you a Desktop Windows Application with these fields: - User name - Password - Port (optional) - Server (optional, if you want send emails to hotmail and another ones email providers) - Subject - Message (Simple editor) - Button to send message The verification is a simple random number generated when the loggin fails.
