Desktop/Web app to create applications on Facebook

Hi there, I need a script that can automate setting up applications for me on Facebook. It must have the ability to use multiple accounts with http proxies. It must log into the account and then go to the developer menu and setup the application. It then must read data which has the application name, the application picture to upload, the application site url and domain. Then it must output the results with the application name, id, application secret and the account details it was created on. The data can either be stored in a text file or in a database, whatever is easier for you. I would prefer if this script could be run on a linux server however Windows desktop apps are alright. I would prefer if you code the app in a open source language such as PHP, Java, Python, Ruby etc. Please let me know if you have any questions. I would also prefer someone that is happy to update the software when Facebook makes changes (paid of course). Cheers!
