Custom WordPress or aMember plugin required

Need a plugin developed for WordPress that is compatible for version 2.8 and up. Not entirely sure if WordPress is the right platform to have this script developed on or if aMember would be best - insight appreicated. ## Deliverables Need a plugin developed for WordPress that is compatible for version 2.8 and up. Not entirely sure if WordPress is the right platform to have this script developed on or if aMember would be best - insight appreicated. This plugin displays data inputted by the member or admin in text form as well as a nice graphical graph or optional pie chart form. This plugin also should allow the member to change certain data fields as well as be able to submit information to be published to the site as well as email to any admin email address. This plugin will also store a photo database of 'x' photos. The purpose is to be able to display a photo on the main page when logged in - a current photo, but also store additional photos that are viewable on a photo page (for before and after photos) Finally, the ability to colorize the display of this layout should be styled using CSS so i can adapt to my theme's style when needed. Further details will be provided when asked as i do not want to reveal too much about what i have intended here.
