This problem involves the location of the global optimum of a function of several variables in a network environment. I have two set of constraints. One set from the server and other sets of constraints from my workstations. Each workstation wants to get a resource(s) from the server which shares a set of distributed resources. The server has some limitations --- constraints (speed, systems response time, memory, Disk, computational power, storage, number of applications, and available network bandwidth)
Each workstation that wants to execute an application is limited by the server constraints.
My objective is to apply a multivariable constrained optimization problem to model requests and services in this network. The server should be able to handle at least request from 30 workstations requesting for different or same resource at the same time.
The workstation expect a certain performance from the server. So in cases where the server fails to meet such requirements, that requested service is regarded as an "out of service" case.
I will give the boundary condition for the Server constarined conditions.
This work is needed very urgently. Please if the deadline is not comfortable for you, you need not consider my bid request.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
