Browser Online Game

Briefly I can say, I want a complete online game / browser game project. It should be similar to [login to view URL] the topic of the game is your choice, but it should be creative and inspiring, so that many people wants to play it. And wants to improve their account with more ressources, money, units or things like that. Furthermore resarch, strategy military, weapon systems... etc. It should include things like trading, alliances and the most importent thing, a big Craze factor. The engine should be in 2d and in every browser playable. Because I have not many concrete conceptions the coder and designer must have a good self-management and good ideas for the game and the project. It would be great if would write a little concept with your bid! Because the game will be used mostly by Germans, it should be in german or if you don't have the possibility to translate, you have to give me a seperate file with all the english expression which have to be translated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
