Better visibility for webpage - Google,MSN,Yahoo and Teoma (better visibility with specific search words)

When better visibility is done, I require that my page shows on first page when searching with specific search word or words. I will give keywords to you, payment I make after I can see that site found from first site of Google with those keywords. Payment I make after I see results and see result will stay.
