custom wordpress theme development

We are looking to have a custom wordpress theme developed for a machinery sales company in the UK. Layout wise we require it to be similar to www. contractors hire .[login to view URL] The nop navigation menu should be editable from the menus section of the wordpress admin area. The top navigation area will consist of company pages such as about us - so basic wordpress functionality required with this menu. The side navigation menu will contain categories of machinery for sale which will be displayed on "category style" pages. (like - "contractors [login to view URL] /catalog/ plant/mini-diggers/") The category pages must have editable content at the top of the page (as in the example page) and have content/image from each product within that specific category. (again as in the example page) The category sidebar navigation will have a secondry drop down menu, which will link to set pages for various brands of each machine type. We need to be able to add new category pages quickly & easily from within the wordpress admin area. (including adding the small icon for the sidebar nav menu) The product pages are reachable when clicking on the products on the category pages, the product pages will have: An image to the left of the page (approx 300x300) - with multiple thumbnails underneath. These images are to be uploaded from the wordpress admin area when adding a new product page. To the right of the image would be the editable text area (editable thru the normal wordpress page edit) Below both the image & text would be a product specification table - the product spec table would need to be simple to edit via the wordpress page admin area. We would like this table to be created with a simple two field form for us to fill in the details and click "add to table" - e.g "Weight" + "3tonne" - would add a line to the table with that text in the two fields of the table. An editable line of text below the table - larger font that the other text & in bold. The top of the main body area of the homepage on the example site shows an image of a yellow dumper to the right and text to the left. The product pages need to have an extra description field to be used to add content to this area if that particular product is featured on the homepage. The image would need to be auto scaled & displayed at 150 x 150 in this area of the homepage. This area of the homepage needs to be a slider, so that multiple products can be chosen to be homepage featured at once. The slider would need a 5 second delay between each slide movement. We would like to use the existing colour scheme & logo as on our current site @ jacks plant .[login to view URL] - we will use a new slogan instead of "Truck & Plant Sales" We are looking to move ahead with this development straight away, please only bid if you can provide excellent examples of custom wordpress work & are ready to complete this project in the next 7-10 days.
