Design Template Responsive - Real estate website - Joomla 2.5

We are looking for a professional web designer, Joomla 2.5 and 3.0 specialist, to create a responsive template for the new version of our website. We have a real estate website running under Joomla 1.5.26, and we are upgrading to Joomla 2.5 We would like to take the opportunity of the upgrade to update the design of our website: Brief: - Clean and professional design - Translation ready - Responsive (web/tablet/mobile) - Menu with different levels - Different modules positions (ability to change module header) - Integrated modules/plugins/snippet: Carousel/Tabs - Custom buttons, icons - Attractive, and eyes catching - W3C compliant - SEO Optimized - Compatible with components (com-property, k2, joomfish) ---- adapt pages to match with the template: Property listing and details/Search Module/K2 templates (list + view) Requirements: Bootsrap 3, Joomla 2.5, Html 5, CSS The layout we have is satisfactory, so it will be good base, but we want to improve it and have a fresh template. Only freelancers with experience developing joomla templates on version 2.5 and able to show recent portofolio will be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will receive the url of our actual website, and some wireframes will be provided But we expect to have suggestions and creativity. ps: if you want to adapt an existing template or use a specific framework, you need to let us know before.
