Create a plugin for wordpress to display 3rd party data on a page.

I'm looking for someone to create a plugin that will do the following. Collect data from a third party site via a JSON feed. Save the data in a cache (permanant unless overwriten) Display the data nicely formated on our website as a page. Should the 3rd party site be unavalible the data should be read from the cache with as little delay in loading as possible. This is the JSON feed: [login to view URL] The layout im looking for is [Race Image] [Class Image] [Spec Image] [Roll Image] [Rank as text] Name Level Note to get the class image and race image names you will need to read the attached file although it is fairly simple. If spec is provided in the json then the spec image and roll image should be displayed i belive the json calls spec "backgroundimage" and role "role" else they should be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The sized of these images is as yet undecided (they will all [login to view URL]) and when laying out the results the text should be centeral to the image as follows ------------ | | | | TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT | | ------------ The list should be sorted by rank and should be ascending. for now as the rank titles are undecided you will need to convert ranks 0-10 to textual representations of "guild rank one" etc i will change these later. This plugin should not take long for an experienced person show me you can do it quickly and with a nice design and theres alot more work like this for you!
