I have created my own design for my website - I just need it made into a Wordpress theme so that I can add and edit the content with ease. I need to be able to amend any text and also add portfolio items. It needs to be fully responsive. There will need to be interactive elements such as image rollover and rolling testimonials. Please send links to previous work. I have attached the design
