Create a WordPress theme from my mock-up

Please see the attached file - I'd like this turned into a WordPress theme. It should look more or less the same as the mock-up. Feel free to use common sense and ask questions where you don't understand something.
- The logo and 3 images to the right should be links (all to the homepage for now. This can be hard-coded)
- The call now and phone number can also be hard coded
- The menu should use the WordPress default menus function
- Hover menu items should have the text links white and underlined
- The menu active state should be white, underlined with the little arrow pointing up.
- Keep the proportions of content to red box roughly the same but feel free to use a grid system to keep it systemised.
- Please make sure this theme uses WordPress page templates as we'll experiment with a variety of different settings to test the best performing pages.
- Please ensure I can change the image of the girl above the call to action in the template HTML.
- Please use CSS to colour the box where possible. Suggestions on the funny shape? If you need to use an image for that part - that's okay but I'd rather CSS.
- I will finish the footer but please include the footer in the theme and I'll put the content in later.
