Create a Responsive Wordpress Template from Wireframe

I need a c.5 page wordpress template which has some custom elements. Some notes - Paypal Payments required and configurable - I need to be able to create multiple versions of this template for users e.g. [url removed, login to view] ../secondperson/[url removed, login to view] ../thirdperson/index.php. - It's ESSENTIAL that it is mobile responsive and looks GREAT on mobile devices - We need to create a bettwe looking 'Donate' and 'raised so far' graphic. This information needs to be able to be updated also. - I'm open to design changes and options - powerpoint attached for guidance. I'd like to see some initial design options before I award the contract. Update - 27th September (Day Two) Note: While it is perfectly acceptable to deviate somewhat from my initial wireframe I would appreciate if we could keep the structure somewhat close. I WILL NOT accept your contribution if all you do is try to shoe horn what I'm asking for into a template you already have that hold little resemblance to what I'm looking for. I've increased the reward to $75 in order to get more interest.
