Constant Contact form help, check links, fix some CSS issues

I have a website that I need a few changes made. The last coder was not able to fix the issues I need, I want this project to be done, so please only bid if you have the necessary skills. I have a constant contact mailing list that I need special functionality for. You will need to use the Constant Contact API. I don't want you wasting time trying to customize a WordPress plugin. Even if you think you know the best one to use, I will not accept a WP plugin as a deliverable. The functionality is simple: visitor enters email address into field, visitor presses submit, new page loads with the rest of the signup fields (email address already filled in), when submit is pressed again...info submitted to Constant Contact I have an issue in the header that is throwing off my CSS alignment. I haven't had time to diagnose, but I think the last coder changed my z-indexing. The slider navigation also needs CSS fix as only the bottom half of the arrows show. There are a few minor alignment issues, but these are the major ones. I need you to go through every page and update the links to the new WP website.
