Some small changes to the plugin you created and a minor bug fix. the bug fix is when a user submits a test 8 records are getting created , (all the same) the changes are : 1. administrators need to get a notice when a user submits a test ( I think this was in the original text but it's not working) We can see a new test in dashboard but no email to admin is currently being generated. 2. Display of hooks in radio buttons for test rating need to add the description of what 0 - 5 mean. They are: 5. Excellent – no room for improvement 4 Good – room to grow 3. Satisfactory – keep practicing 2. Weak – go back to basic technique and study 1. Poor – back to basics and slow down get one element right and build from there. 0. Rethink what you are doing – Why are you doing what you do? Ask are you playing to your strengths? Get more feedback from those around you. Please let me know if you can do(accept) Thanks, Matt
