Build a simple Website with Flash snapshot capability

Wee need a complete website with 4 main pages.
There will be 4 services that must be developed in PHP using Yii framework with environment plugin:
1- Code validation: we will validate this code using a DB, (preference: build this as an Ajax service)
2- User registration: name, lastname, city, state. (preference: build this as an Ajax service)
3- Snapshot (Flash widget to create a snapshot or upload from pc), save this picture o the server.
4- Back end picture approval using Yii back end built-in admin module
Also at the end of the process we need to share in twitter or Facebook. This values must be configurable from the site configuration file.
