I need to have the back-end and front-end work done on a social networking site, and it has to be done in a relatively short time-spam. So I need at least 3-4 people who can focus only on the back-end development of the site, and at least 1 person to do the front-end development where I will be arranging so that my friend will be the project leader for the whole work. Because it is a social networking site I am not interested in people whose skills in the computer world are restricted to only build blogging sites or other similar social media site. Instead I am looking for people who either have experience in building social networking sites or who can adapt and learn quickly due to good experience and expertise in their fields. People with engagement, passion and commitment are more interesting for me rather than only good people with nice CV:s.
