Build a Website

I need someone who can quickly slice up PSD files into HTML. I have a desktop site that is 80% complete and I need some further small changes in order to complete. I also have 2 designs of the website that are responsive.. 1 for tablet and 1 for mobile. I need someone slice these PSD's and build the mobile as well as tablet versions of the website. Upon completion of the project this website should be fully responsive. Ideally this would be put onto the wordpress platform but we are short for time.. so if you have the ability to put it into wordpress quickly then thats even better. I need the desktop section completed in 5 days.. with the desktop finish a priority (its almost done anyway).. Please DO NOT bid if you dont have the time or the skill to complete this project.. links to the desktop version of the site will be provided to bidders I would like to speak to.
