Build an Online Store / Selling eTickets

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Customer buys the tickets online. Gets the tickets with barcode via email. Comes to the event and show the ticket at the door. We scan the barcode ticket and let them in if good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: 1) ONLINE REGISTRATION PAGE 2) CUSTOMERS CHECK-IN PAGE: 3) ONSITE REGISTRATION PAGE 4) ADMIN PANEL PAGES (password protected) 1) ONLINE REGISTRATION PAGE A) customers complete the registration form with the following fields: See the example at the link below: [login to view URL] B) credit card data is sent to PayPal, if approved - unique barcoded tickets get emailed and customer is taken to the thank you page. - Promotion Code: If the code enter matches the 'code database', customer will get that % off accordingly. For example; if that code was assigned 50% discount in the admin panel then the total price will be half. If 100%, then all will be free and CC fields will disapear. C) Ticket Look: 8.5 x 11 page. The top half have our logo, customer name bar code with ticket number underneath and bottom half part with a jpeg image - we will provide that jpeg DAY OF THE EVENT 2) CUSTOMERS CHECK-IN PAGE: This page needs to have a field to search the ticket # found at the bottom of the barcode. Customer's info shows up on screen. Click "Check-in" button and customer's status get's updated in database as checked in with date and time of check-in. Also same field can be used to search with their last name; pick them from the list and check them in. This check-in part of program will let us know if the person is already checked-in. If another person shows up with same ticket, program will tell when and what time they were checked in last 3) ONSITE REGISTRATION PAGE A) Same form as the online registration minus the credit card fields instead there will be a "select the payment" option; cash, credit card or debt. Ticket will get emailed to customer. 4) ADMIN PANEL PAGE (password protected) - Detaild Reports showing customer data - "Registration Snapshot": Total # of tickets sold per catagory. For example: Total 10 General Admission tickets sold (4 online and 6 onsite) Total 20 Senior Admission tickets sold (12 online and 8 onsite) NOTE: Sub-divided to tickets sold from online page and onsite page. * view all data collected and be able to export in excel and PDF formats - Mass email page. For example send online registrants reminder email before the event and a thank you for attending email to all after the festival - ability to re-email ticket to a customer and cancel ticket - Promotional Codes Area; Ability to add discount codes and their respective discount %. Also, ability to upload a CSV fille with all the discounts. Each discount code can be used only once.
