I need secure website (with login/password) where someone can answer 17 questions from 1 to 10 (with radio buttons) and get coded into a category. Their responses get multiplied by a few formulas to give a result which is then shown on the screen. The questions shouldn't need to be submitted with a submit button, the result should show automatically when all questions are answered or changed (AJAX or jQuery). The attached Excel file does exactly what I want. I just want to bring this online. Needs to look nice. Thanks!

Lets do this. I have checked the excel file. It can be done using Ajax & jQuery along with ASP.NET (C#) technology, the page will not refresh and faster submit.
