Designer - Web site + banners

I need a website for skateboarders completely re-designed, with added functionality. The redesign needs to look professional yet 'cool'. It it primarily brochureware site, and I want a message board added, credit card processing integrated, and posting pictures. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
