I have a 400 items database currenty in Excel that I need to share with my workgroup.
Each entry has the following fields:
- Brand
- State
- Client (name)
- Phone, address, contact
- Amount
- Clients of our client (to whom he/she redistributes)
- Frecuency
- I need it to be accessible online.
- I need a search filter
- I need it to be password protected (several users less than 10)
- I need the interface to have a map, so the user can select the clients by state or by using the "traditional" search filter
- I need to update the data once a month, exporting from Excel
