Create Wordpress Template based on current website

I've just installed the latest version of Wordpress on one of my domains ([see it here][1]). You'll need to either create a template based on [this sample page][2] or create a skin based on it. As for the Wordpress content and menus, I'm looking for something [similar to this site][3]. Note: my current site doesn't use CSS so you'd have to create a stylesheet for the Wordpress content based on my current pages. You'll send me any elements you create and install the skin or template to my server. You must have strong web design and CSS skills in addition to good wordpress coding skills. I don't want an ugly layout. Please don't bid if you aren't a good designer. Please show me similar work you've done. I'll only consider a coder with a 0 rating if your bid is far lower than rated coders. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith.
