Businesscard Generator for an existing Hompage

Businesscard Generator I need a generator for a Businesscard. The User must login to see a predefined businesscard, The Companylogo is a static picture and the textpositions are also static but editable. Editabel fields at the cards are : Titel First Name (Vorname) Name (Nachname) Phone (Tel.) Fax Mobile (Mobil) Email Predefined fiels at the card(maybe in a pulldown menu) are: Companylocation ( it must be possible for the admin to set up new locations) Fields outside the card to start the order : cost center (Kostenstelle) Quantity (Bestellmenge) ( it must be possible for the admin to set up new order quantities like 100,200,300 etc.) Testing Person email ( it must be possible for the admin to set up new testing Persons ) Delete Button (to set up the card to original - not edited status) Send Button (it must be possible for the admin to set up a new mail recipient) The Funktion: the purchaser inserts his data and send out the file to the predifined testing person and also to himself (this must be a screenoptimized PDF). Both person get an email to approve or disapprove the appointment. There must be a statuspage for the printery wich showning the status. This statuspage page must show : Ordername Costcenter Quantity Testing Person and the statusbar : Created Y/N Approval by the Purchaser Y/N Approval by the testing person Y/N Send ot to printery as sendbutton (only possible if order and testing person accepted) ( the printery gets a hiress printable PDF ((offsetprint)) Delete the job Button The new script must be implemented to an existing joomla based hompage.
