Build a B2B Website

Hello!

I want to develop a B2B website, while will be buyer centric and not suppliers / product centric.

Something similar to worker but not software based but produce based.

Buyers looking to buy will post their requirements and attract suppliers on website. Suppliers buyers will have their brief company profile on this website like their mini page.

This website will not only be for connecting buyers and suppliers but to accomplish their demand similar to vworker.

For example if buyer is looking to manufacture custom shoe or is looking for precision machining labor work interested suppliers will contact buyer communicate with buyer and post their bid.

Suppliers should sign NDA (online form) with the buyers before he can view or download project details. Brief summary of project should be visible to all but the detailed summary to be available only for registered users who has signed NDA.

Buyer can choose company form number of bids received once the job is completed by supplier buyer can give rating to the supplier.

Specific Features -
1. Social Platform for Businesses.
- Each business / user has its own wall / page

- Company have connections as in friends. connections are private and others cannot view connections.

- Company can post updated on his wall which are only visible to his connections (features of page on Facebook).

- Company page consists of his brief company profile, website if available and his company updates. Company can post photographs, videos or messages on his page.

- Companies will be listed in various categories and country wise visit alibaba.com for various business categories

- Buyers
- Before buyers posts any buy leads he should be registered user and have a company profile.

- Buy leads to be categorizes according to industry list of categories from http://www.alibaba.com/Products

- Buyers can opt for nda if their lead is confidential and interested suppliers should first sign nda before they can view complete details or download files. (similar to worker).

- buyers can also post a private buy lead i.e. only set of suppliers which buyers select from his connection can bid on.

- On buy lead page company name should not be disclosed, if user want to get complete details he needs to be a registered user and have posted company profile on website i.e. he should have a company page.

- Buyers can opt for from which region he want to receive bids on his buy lead can be worldwide, specific country or specific city / region.

- Buyer can communicate with online suppliers who have bided on his buy lead (similar functionality as v-worker.com).

- If buyer accepts particular bid seller will confirm that he has acquired bid and once good are dispatched he will notify buyer, again buyer will notify once good are received and then buyer will rate suppliers.

Marketing functionality -
1. Invite friends / business partners of website
2. Add connections similar to invite friends on Facebook. If particular connection is already member then it will show as in Facebook / linkedin and connection request will be sent.

Usability
1. Home page of website will look similar to vworker.com, page will consist to login & sign up window and buy lead showing up at the bottom.

2. Once user registers / logins he will be directed to his page like Facebook home page after login.
On this page he will see updates form him connections, updates from connections can be shared on his own wall and he will also see buy leads of his interested products for example he is suppliers of bags he will see buy leads of bags on his page. While posting company profile there should be a field of company products those keywords will be his buy leads posts on his page.
