Add Functionality to File Sharing Website

I run a small file sharing website, currently it allows users to upload and share the download link without creating an account.
I still want people to be able to do the above, so upload / download without logging in but I also want to add the following functionality:
- Ability to allow users to login, users can then see all files they have uploaded along with the download link (I believe this will be simpler than it sounds since when you login is admin you can see all of the files, so I imagine there is a way to hack it so they can only see their uploads). I want to limit the total amount of uploads to around 500mb and allow users to purchase more space.
- Add 'Shorten Link' button to automatically use [url removed, login to view] or a similar service to shorten the link
