CD burn from online member Area

I am an independant artist who is distitbuting my music exclusively through a members access are from my web server... I am looking to incorporate an engine that would allow the user to drag the song file in a window that would have a burn audio cd and burn mixed(cd extra cd) option from the files they drag in the window... sorta like the way napster works.. the files that are available to the members are organised in a MySql data base , which is pretty much already structured and the data base prints the info to a flash page that the user sees The file would be an exe. that would open lash files that get download info from my web myDql database(already structured) the the downloadable files would be able to be dragged in a window... where they could be burned on a CD... if all mp3 the cd would burn audio if mixed content... the cd would burn mixed(play as audio and also read as data) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
