I am looking for experienced website developers to develop a Corporate website. The website will be combination of Static and Dynamic elements. Preferred language - PHP, MySQL on Linux (dynamic) and Static pages on dreamweaver. There has to be a small flash introductory logo too. There would be about 30 main pages, with specified contents. And about 10 dynamic pages with following features - 1. Mailer list. 2. Log in for visitors. 3. Search features. 4. News and updates on site. The developer has to be Creative and Contemporary. The project includes - 1. Design / modify logo. 2. Choose color scheme 3. Design newsletter (HTML / text newsletter). 4. Design complete site with all functionalities. The database will have following functions - 1. New user registration / Login / verification / lost password recovery etc. 2. CMS for - (a) editing the database. (b) formatting and sending the mailer list (to design a new mailer list / integrate with a 3rd party open source mailer program). (c) News (d) user accounts - change password / details. 3. Users should be able to send the query / email to admin from a form on website. 4. Users accounts can be viewed by the users (for their projects status / payment status etc ). 5. Integration with payment module (paypal / credit cards). 6. More functionalities as explained by us at the time of project final allotment. ALSO, the website optimization for search engines to be done (especially for Google). Inviting all experienced designers / developers to bid for this project. Pls include the links to your existing sample works (Corporate websites).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
