We are a Chennai, India based Embedded Systems Software company, looking to replace our "dull and virtually non-existent" Website with something that reflects the company's goals, vision, technology focus and solutions offerings. The company is into design of Hardware reference platforms, embedded system software and firmware for devices like Personal Media Players, Set Top Boxes, Audio/Video Playback devices, and software like video editing tools for online and Desktop platforms. The website intends to meet the following objective: - project to the visitor the idea that the company is hard core multimedia, consumer electronic and Audio/Video Firmware/hardware/ applications company. - Build a strong image for the company around the domain of work - Should be Slick. The website needing to be design will include: - Multimedia & Consumer electronic technology look and feel. - Maximum of 8 page layouts - Approximately 40 individual pages (formatted as per one of the 8 page layouts) - 11 diagrams to be created - Graphics Art to go with the "Multimedia & consumer electronic look and feel" - Content Management system (PHP/MySQL) for handling updates to: - News - Events - Openings - Products listing - conversion of upto 10 plain text technical specifications / brochures into appealing graphics rich brochures. Please respond with your understanding of the requirement, the design ideas which come to your mind (which you feel will suit our brand building). Please do provide us links to some of your past work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux Server, PHP, MySQL, Flash
