Conferencing and chat client/server software

I am looking to create server software for - text - audio - video - whiteboard - files and combined (the above) chat. The server must support users and groups and friendlists; it must be aware who has access to watch/contribute to what. With that server, I need a Flash/Ajax (at least 100% browser) that at least matches: - [login to view URL] and can have skins/themes. Edit: I probably was not clear about this: I don't want any closed source on the server side; you must use your own code or open source on the server; I don't care about the license there. And I am looking for your own + open source on the client but no viral license in the open source that will taint the client side (like GPL: using GPL on the clientside means I would have to give everyone the source to it if they so ask). Server will not run under Windows, so you don't have to make it run on Windows. No MS-SQL or other Windows software should be used on the server; only Linux and opensource software.

## Deliverables

NO GPL software on the client may be included. 100% of the rights of the software used must be ours. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
