I need a flash website for my graphic design website that displays my graphic work with a creative looking gallery and also plays music. i will also have a request form, and paypal option and pdf links for contracts. my design company is about uniqueness, so i want something original, but clean at the same time. I want a nice intro to the website that explains us, without saying anything. i need a coder who is patient , i want the coder to be creative, make it clean looking, but at the same time innovative. once i see what is done, i may ask to take out and add things here and there, but hopefully i can get a coder like that last one who was very creative already, so i didn't have to say much. thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I have a mac, but i dont really know what to put in this part. I want it to work on all versions of Internet explorer, netscape and linux. the site hosting my webpage has it up under linux, so i guess it needs to be made to support that. I hope this makes since, im not a coder.
