apache website fix

I have had an issue after a migration to another server. At first only a couple of websites had an issue, one didn't load images, and the other couldn't load CSS. While others didn't have a problem. But some how I made things worse. :( Now I would consider this an emergency because none of the sites work. The *.jsp and *.action files are served by tomcat, but the static files that are supposed to be served by Apache do not work. I look in the error log and it seems that sites are looking in the wrong web root. example, "File does not exist: /var/www/[login to view URL]" however the [login to view URL] site is not the one being loaded. Please note that this is an emergency project. The coder should have good experience with apache and tomcat. After completion of this project, all websites must be able to load the appropriate files from the appropriate locations without an issue, and the websites must appear to function well. The are around 10 websites in total. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ubuntu 9.04, apache 2, tomcat 6
