Design Six Simple Web Sites

I have a small network of Web sites and need to launch six new Web sites.
Each Web site contains five pages. The Web sites will all have the same simple design and layout. I will provide you with a Microsoft Word file for each site that contains all of the text, navigation, meta tags, Google adsense scripts, affiliate links (in some cases) and directions for a header graphic.
You will need to design a header graphic (using your own or public domain images), select a color palette and layout each Web site. Upon completion, upload the sites to my server and verify that they are error free and function properly.
Upon bidding, I can provide you with a sample of the content file and a URL to a live site of mine with the design that you will follow. If it is helpful, I can also send you the CSS and Template files for my other sites.
This assignment requires strict adherence to deadlines and excellent attention to detail. I am launching new sites every month, so a good performance will be rewarded with steady work.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc..
