Database Driven Subscription Website

My start-up company will aggregate data (initially from an Access or Excel format) into a very clean looking website that needs to be easily updated in-house. The data will integrate into a front-end website that users will pay a subscription fee to use. On back-end, employees should be able to enter a new product or company easily. They should be able to enter information into as many as 30 fields for this product, and also upload relevant PDF, Word, and Excel files. Employees should be able to search for "Mail Requests" (like a manual Netflix delivery queue on back-end). Users should be able to visit the site's home page, and/or log-in to the secure part of the site. Payment fees should be processed through the website via credit card. Once they get beyond the log-in screen, they should be able to sort by a number of fields to compare products; they should have the capability of comparing these products side by side in a table format if they choose to. Products can be saved to a delivery queue, and/or saved to Project Lists (defined by user). Users should be able to grant others temporary access to a specific Project List. This temporary user would only have access to the Project List the user has defined. The site should be designed to handle 10,000+ products with up to 30 unique fields for each product. There will be approximately 20 users to begin, and perhaps as many as 10,000 when the site is scaled. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3. All functions described above need to work without fail. In-house updates of database need to be easy and no-frills. ## Platform I am open to the best option.
