Data manipulation - update table GUI (repost)

I need someone to perform some data manipulation automation. Here’s what needs to be accomplished:

1) Take the attached input files titled [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] and manipulate data and put the manipulated data in the putput file titled Ama_ [url removed, login to view] (tab delimited text file)

2) Here’s the manipulation that needs to occur to the Ama [url removed, login to view] file each time I run the query:

- rows 1 and 2 in Ama [url removed, login to view] cannot be changed and need to stay the way they are in the attached file

- the items in the coumn item_no in dbl_all is the primary key (take all of these items and put them in the [url removed, login to view] file using the mapping provided in the attached excel file

- For any item that is in [url removed, login to view] and NOT in [url removed, login to view], set [url removed, login to view] to zero and set ama_inv.item-price to 9999.99

- The data from the source files [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] map to the target file Ama [url removed, login to view] using the mapping provided below and in the excel file. In the case of there is not matching columns in the source files, use the mapping from the Static Data in the attached file titled data mapping. I have only included a subset of my records in the source files. The manipulation should work on upto 30000 records (item_no).

In the target file Ama [url removed, login to view] if I have not listed any mapping above it needs to be blank. This is a very simple mapping request. Please take a look at all three files (in excel as I find it easy that way).

What I am looking for is a GUI that will let me click a button and the above manipulation will occur and be saved in the target file Ama inv.txt. I do not want to open multiple files to do this. I want an automated solution that will do this for me. You cannot use excel to do this manipulation. See complete requirements in the attached zip file.

You must take a look at all attached files before placing a bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows XP. I do not want a web based solution if I have to upload my source files each time.
