Create a Dictionary in PHP - Words & Definitions in .txt Fomat

No design work necessary. I don't care how ugly it looks as long as it works! Basically, you will be creating a dictionary using PHP. I have all the words and definitions in a .txt file. You will need to extract the data from the .txt file and put it in a MySQL database. After extracting the data to a MySQL database, you will need to create a front-end system. Again, you don't need to worry about design. I don't care how ugly it looks as long as it works. It basically just needs to be a search box, people type in the word they want, and it spits out a definition. There will need to be an option for people to upload their own picture after looking up a definition. Once they do that, a unique URL is created that they could send to their friends. The next person that searches for that word would **NOT** see the picture that was uploaded. There will need to be a flagging system (similar to craigslist) the automatically removes the picture if someone flags it. ## Deliverables Basically, you will be creating a dictionary. Users will be able to upload their own picture to a definition and a unique URL is created that they can share with their friends. When their friends go to that URL, they will see the definition + the uploaded picture. Let's say someone looks up "dog". They see the definition and they can then upload their own picture. They get a unique URL and send it to their friend. Their friend goes to the URL and sees the definition and the picture that was uploaded. *****The next person that searches for "dog", however, will NOT see the picture. You can only see the picture if you go to the unique URL.*** ** There can be many different pictures associated with the definition "dog" but they all have unique URLs. Also, a flagging system needs to be put in place. After someone uploads a picture and a unique URL is created, someone can flag the picture (similar to craigslist) and it is automatically removed. There is no registration requirement or anything like that for users. Uploading the image should scale the image and make it look good (no artifacts) to a size of 200 x 150 or 150 x 200 (depending on the orientation of the original picture). If someone uploads a 800 x 600 image for example, I **DO NOT** want to see it just scaled down using HTML to a 200 x 150 because it will look awful.
