Configure PHP 5.1 on IIS 6 Win 2003

What I need

1. PHP 5.1 installed, configured, and locked down (security) with extensions

2. Latest version of MySQL installed, configured, and locked down

3. Latest version of the GUI interface to MySQL installed and configured to work

4. IIS6 configured and locked down for web deployment

5. Windows Server 2003 configured and locked down for web deployment

6. A MySQL/PHP based website that I have to be installed and fully functioning.

7. I need clear complete detailed step-by-step instructions with **_screenshots_** for how to:

· configure and secure IIS 6 and Windows 2003 for deployment on the web

· install, configure and secure PHP 5.1 for deployment on the web

· install, configure and secure MySQL for deployment on the web

· install, configure and secure my PHP/MySQL website for deployment on the web, including IIS configuration, PHP configuration, and MySQL configuration ??" security and users.

The MySQL/PHP website I have is already 100% fully functioning code that will require no programming at all and little or no configuring other than installing and configuring PHP 5.1 and MySQL.

It will basically require nothing more than putting it into IIS6.

The core of the project is creating the documentation for and installing PHP 5.1 and MySQL. I don't see installing the website to be much more than a few minutes worth of work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
