Client Tracking Database

A PHP/MySQL system to log, track, and save information for clients who do our online course. The system has to be linked to a discussion board (PHP/MySQL) database for a seamless experience for the clients. The board can be an existing open source script modified to our needs. Perhaps phpBB or similar script (their "Email Digests" mod is almost perfect for this application). SUMMARY: PAGE 1 - Log in by user name and password with "Forgot Password?" feature linked to database. The clients should be linked to two different PAGE 2 pages depending on the suffix of their password (1st 4 characters). The site is currently protected by .htaccess, the main log in has to somehow allow entry into the protected folders without the client having to log in a 2nd time. PAGE 2 - A welcome page with the client's name. A button to a popup page depending on who their tutor is (in database). A display area with the last 5 messages posted on the board and a link to to the message. A display area with "Announcements" that is populated from database from information entered in ADMIN PAGE. A link to the PAGE 3. PAGE 3 - Client's Progress - A checklist using HTML form items and an "UPDATE!" button. A "Things To Do" list saved on the database by clicking other buttons (Add Item, Delete Item, Re-Order Items) A section for course notes. The notes should be searchable by keyword or date entered. A grqdes section. The grades script is already made in PHP with flat files (text file) this should be integrated into the database. ADMIN PAGE - A protected area for the administrator to add information about the the client: name, email, user name, password, dates, their tutor, etc. AND post announcements for PAGE 2. The information entered should populate the discussion board so that the administrator does not have to re-enter this information a second time. It should also include a button to backup the client program/discussion board database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
