Create a virtual world like Grand Theft Auto where the users can enter a casino and optionally gamble with real money. They can select their individual avatars or design their own. They can also have their own room in the hotel where they can retreive messages from other users and or system messages. It must be an online virtual world. They can walk up to other users and interact and give or take objects. With the money that they win they can go on a shopping spree inthe virtual stores and buy themselves new clothes hats and shoes, and other accessories for their avatar. The site saves their articals in their room on on their person if they disconnect. It must have a credit card and or paypal billing interface to add money to their on-line account. Once they leave the casino optional action mode can be enabled where what they do affects their rating in the action game. Example if they rob someone, the cops will be after them more often when spotted on the street. The gaming and rendering engine must be universal to all internet browsers of an optional client or active-X control can be downloaded so that the user can immerse themselves in the world again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
