If you have a look at [login to view URL], that primarily contains the type of functionality required. Obviously as it is a commerccial site, it is much more complex than I require, but basically I do require its core functionality to be duplicated, but with the addition of two new search fields. One is a drop down list of whether finance/hire purchase is on vehicle, and second is searchable field of when available for collection. e.g 14th January 2007 or 17th January 2007 It needs to run on a linux server, so Microsoft ASP is not a suitable platform. Finally it must be able to support at least 2 languages, dependent on the language the registered user, whether buyer or seller speaks. So if i register as being french,the search box for car will say voiture and not car. This is intended to be a supported platform, and if a successful implementation is made, the author would be retained to provide support and maintenance at an agreed monthly fee for a period of at least one year.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

It will take me a few days to visit the reference sites you mentioned as I am presently busy because the christmas season is close.
