Browser Plug In

Rewards shopping website requires a small downloadable browser plug in which will inform a registered member when they are visiting a site which offers a discount. ## Deliverables The requirements of the plug-in are as follows: 1) Downloadable from the website when requested by the registered member. 2) When a website is visited it checks our site for the site being accesses being a partner of our directory. A pop-up window is then displayed which informs the user that the site offers a shopping discount and the amount of that discount. 3) This pop-up should not display if the link to the site contains an affiliate link or an affiliate cookie (other than our own) already exists on the users computer. Note: This is not adware. 4) Preferably developed in Delphi. 5) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 6) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 7) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
