Betfair webscraping

Hi All I need a very simple piece of software to work with Betfair website. Webscraping will be ok. I need a software that scans the odds (in play) and ONLY WHEN reaches my pre seted odds , then place the bet and confirm. If is possible ring a bell when is matched. I'll use it in horse racing where can be have up to 20 runners and all need to be scanned at the same time. If you already worked with betfair software should be easy.
