Backend for fantasy stockmarket

I am developing a fantasy stock market similar to the Yahoo Buzz Game [url removed, login to view] but based on how many times a word appears in news and not on the search volume. I access news for the words through yahoo news search api and yahoo blog search. What I need is the backend, the scripts that will get the news and calculate the quotations based on that. You will have to be very good in php and also have basic server administration skills and knowledge about how to code and execute scripts to keep the load average low (there will be many requests and it takes a lot resources, I have a server dedicated for this). Please notice that half of the job is already done by me (the scripts I've done work but have some problems), actually it is more like an optimizing job. There will be more php projects if we make a good job on this one, it's a good point if you are available full-time as my deadline is short.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
