Automatic Linearization of 3D Deformation

I would like someone to implement a white paper in Autodesk Maya or 3DsMax software (C++ SDK) as a plugin.

What the plugin would do is bake arbitrary geometric deformation to n pose-driven, procedurally generated and weighted, joints.

You would be working with/for someone experienced who has worked at Industrial Light + Magic, Crytek, and various other respected computer graphics studios.
