Assembly Encoder, Decoder

I need an 16bit intel assembly program, I'm using MASM 8, that DOESN'T USE any external libraries that will read text from a will encode in BASE 64 or BASE 85. See: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and then write the result to the file. It should make a magic line to seperate the header and resulting encoded text. I also need a decoder program writen in assembly that can read the text file and decode back to the original file without the magic line. I need all the source code to be thoroughly documented so I can understand what's going on, and learn from it. Again, this is for 4 little programs. Base64 encoder, ASCII85 encoder, and respective decoders. The code for all of them should be somwhat similar.
