Adsense page generator

I need a coder to code an piece of software that will output html pages with the following spec. An example of the sort of software that I require can be found at: [login to view URL] I need an admin are to allow the admin to enter his /her own article sources as well to insert their Google adsense account numbers. The user to is enter a keyword search and the software displays a list of user selectable keywords. The current price ber keyword and clicks the keyword is getting is to be displayed to help aid selection. The software then imports articles according to the keywords selected from the article sourcessources The output is to a predefined index and article html templates - the coder will not be responsible for the template. An ftp function is a possibility Please contact me if you need any clarification of this project - I could also do with guidance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would prefer the software to run on the local PC, but will consider a server based app - maybe PHP?
