Add Shopping Cart & Integrate it with Paypal

Take a look at the website [[login to view URL]][1] The site is currently static, I want the site to be database driven. The admin can add/edit/delete the categories, and products. the customer profile will be saved in the db, and will be sent an email after the ordering is complete. All the features of a shopping cart, and very user friendly and intutive design for the cart. Paypal Integration, I know there are several ways, paypal can be integrated, i want us to use the one with very minimal reference to paypal as possible. The client doesnt have to signup for paypal. ( it would be great if they are not even prompted for that) Please shoot some ideas/suggestions as to why i should choose you. ( How can you add value to this product.) Some previous samples of paypal integration and timeline when it can be completed.
